Refund Policy

This Policy describes when fees for the OpSynx AI Service are refundable.
- Setup / onboarding fees are non-refundable once provisioning of your instance begins.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; the current billing period is not pro-rated or refunded.
- Usage-based data (skip-trace) reflects a hard, non-recoverable third-party cost and is non-refundable once a lookup is run.
- Infrastructure passthrough charges are non-refundable once incurred.
- Billing errors will be corrected, and any overcharge refunded or credited, on request within 30 days of the invoice.
