Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: July 11, 2026.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs all access to and use of the OpSynx AI platform and services (the “Service”). It forms part of the Terms of Service Agreement and applies to the Customer and to every User the Customer authorizes. The Customer is responsible for its Users’ compliance. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms of Service Agreement.

1. Compliance with outreach and communications law

You are solely responsible for the legality of all outreach conducted using or informed by the Service. You will not use the Service to make or facilitate any call, text, or message that violates the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state or federal Do-Not-Call registries or internal do-not-call obligations, calling-hour or frequency restrictions, caller-identification requirements, wireless or SMS consent rules, or CAN-SPAM. Honoring Do-Not-Call lists and obtaining any required consent for calls and texts is your responsibility. You will not contact any person who has requested not to be contacted, and you will not contact any lead or owner without an independent lawful basis to do so.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

You will not use the Service to harass, threaten, stalk, defraud, defame, deceive, or mislead any person; to make false or misleading statements about a property, a transaction, or your identity or affiliation; or to engage in any unfair, deceptive, or abusive act or practice.

3. Fair housing and non-discrimination

You will not use the Service, Platform Data, or any Output to engage in or facilitate discrimination in violation of fair-housing, fair-lending, or equal-opportunity laws, including targeting or excluding on the basis of any protected characteristic.

4. Data misuse

You will not resell, sublicense, scrape, harvest, bulk-export, or redistribute Platform Data or skip-trace data except as expressly permitted; use Platform Data or skip-trace data for any purpose other than evaluating and pursuing the specific underlying property; or use any data for a purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (including eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, or housing).

5. Security and integrity

You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other sub-accounts, or any system or data; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service; circumvent authentication, rate limits, or access controls; introduce malware or malicious code; or interfere with, disrupt, degrade, or overload the Service or its infrastructure (including denial-of-service activity or excessive automated requests).

6. Intellectual-property and lawful-use requirements

You will not infringe any intellectual-property, privacy, or other right; reverse engineer or attempt to derive the Service’s source code or models; or use the Service in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party agreement.

7. Account responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account and your Users’ credentials, for maintaining the confidentiality of authentication data, and for promptly reporting any suspected unauthorized use.

8. Enforcement

OpSynx AI may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may remove or disable offending content or activity and suspend or terminate access, with or without prior notice, to protect the Service, its users, or third parties, or to comply with law. OpSynx AI may cooperate with law enforcement and regulators. Suspension or termination for an AUP violation does not entitle you to any refund. Violations may also give rise to indemnification obligations under the Terms of Service Agreement.
