Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: July 10, 2026.

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the OpSynx AI Service. You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law or third-party right, including the TCPA, state and federal Do-Not-Call registries, calling-hour restrictions, and consent requirements — honoring DNC lists and obtaining any required consent for calls and texts is your responsibility.
  • Send messages to any person who has requested not to be contacted, or contact leads without a lawful basis.
  • Harass, threaten, defraud, defame, or deceive any person.
  • Resell, scrape, harvest, or redistribute Platform Data or skip-trace data unlawfully, or use it for any purpose other than evaluating and pursuing the underlying property.
  • Upload malware, or attempt to breach security, probe, access other tenants’ data, or disrupt or overload the Service.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in outreach, or use the Service for discriminatory practices in violation of fair-housing or lending law.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, to protect the Service, our users, or third parties. Report abuse: [email protected].
